Membership terms (full text)

Membership Qualifications

Those who can join this club are those who meet the qualifications stipulated for each course, agree with the purpose of this club, and agree to these rules. (hereinafter referred to as "Members")
Any person who: (i) has a tattoo or the like; (ii) is a member of an organized crime group; (iii) may interfere with the sound club life of any Members; or (iv) the Club otherwise finds inappropriate, shall not qualify for membership. In addition, even after admission to membership, if the Club finds that any of the foregoing applies to Member, the Club will terminate the membership of such Member.

Adjournment and course changes

Any self-suspension or change of course must be notified in accordance with the separately established rules and regulations.

Withdrawal

Members may withdraw from membership at the end of the month by submitting a prescribed withdrawal notice to the Club by the XNUMXth day of each month (or the next business day if the XNUMXth day is a holiday).Verbal cancellations, such as over the phone, will not be accepted. If the XNUMXth day has passed, it will be treated as the last day of the following month due to the club's administrative procedures.In addition, the obligation to pay the membership fee shall occur unless the club receives a withdrawal notice.

Changes in Information

If there is any change in the information which Member has provided in his/her membership application form, such as Member’s address or contact information, Member shall promptly notify the Club of such changes, using the prescribed form.

I agree to state my current health condition on the health declaration form, and to deal with accidents such as injuries and acute illnesses at the club at my own risk.
