- About promotion check

Advancement checks are conducted once a week on the last practice day of odd-numbered months.
In the case of twice a week, it will be implemented every month and will be performed at the 2th practice.
Promotion check will be conducted in the registered class (day of the week).If you are absent due to some reason on the day of the promotion check, you can take the promotion check on the first week of the next month.

Practices for each course are held on the days and times set, so please check the schedule calendar before coming to practice.

- About Our School Bus

Advance application is required to use the school bus.If you are interested, please apply at our club reception.
As a general rule, please refrain from riding the school bus other than the course you applied for.
Please contact the club in advance if you will not be able to ride the school bus you applied for (such as when you are absent from practice).

- About transfer practice system

If you cannot participate in the practice due to other schedules overlapping with the practice day, or if you cannot participate in the practice day due to illness or injury, make-up practice is possible.
The transfer will be in the same class and at the same time as the registered course.Make-up practice is possible until the last practice day of the following month.
The once-a-week course can be changed up to twice a month.
After registering your absence from the banner on the screen of this page, please make a transfer registration.
*Please refrain from transferring to the promotion check week.

Our club uses a method of paying monthly membership fees by bank transfer.The monthly membership fee for the following month will be withdrawn from your bank account on the 28th of the previous month.
If you wish to change the course (change the event), please submit the specified course change notification to the club reception by the 10th of the month before the desired month (or the next business day if the 10th is a holiday).We do not accept reservations by phone.Change fee is free.
If you wish to change the practice time or day of the week, please submit the prescribed course change notification by the last day of the desired month.Change fee is free.
When withdrawing from membership, please submit the designated withdrawal form to the club reception by the 10th day of the desired month (or the next business day if the 10th day is a holiday).We do not accept phone calls

At our club school, we ask you to carry the designated uniform (swimwear, cap) and bag.Please be aware of this before purchasing.
Swim caps will be purchased after your class (color) is confirmed after the first practice. Each class has a different color cap, so please purchase a new one each time you advance to the next class.
*The designated cap for the advanced class (light blue and black) is 1,700 yen (1,870 yen including tax). In addition, upper swimsuits can be purchased at your discretion in the advanced class (light blue and black).
*If you are enrolled in a baby school and are over 1 year old, please purchase a swim fix (a float attached to your arm).
* Baby course does not have a promotion check system.
