Notes on using school buses

・Use of the school bus is limited to those who have applied for the bus service. Students may only board and disembark on the route and at the bus stops that they have applied for.

・If you are riding the bus, please be sure to attach a reflective bus label (bus reflective label fee: 1,100 yen (tax included)) to your school bag.

・School buses only operate for children's courses and cost 1 yen (tax included) per registered class.
*Please note that the Saturday morning children's course (Kids' Physical Education from 11:15am) is not running.
*If you are a MIX member and attend twice a week for two hours on the same day, the bus registration fee will be 2 yen (tax included).

- If you are not waiting when the bus arrives at your stop, you will be considered absent and the bus will depart.

・There is no need to contact us if you will not be using the bus. Also, if you would like to use the bus for a rescheduled practice session, please call the club by 12:XNUMX on the day and make a reservation for the rescheduled bus.
*If there are no vacant seats or if there are no bus stops available, you will not be able to board the bus.

・If you suddenly need to miss the bus due to picking up a friend or other reason, please inform the driver after the practice session and receive your bus card.

・When parents are picking up their children, please make sure to wait on the side where children are disembarking (if you wait on the opposite side of the bus, there is a risk that children may run out into the roadway in front of or behind the bus, which is very dangerous).

・In the event of unavoidable reasons (bad weather, breakdowns, etc.) a service suspension will be announced on our website, in app notifications and by email.

・If you wish to cancel your bus service or change your route, please complete the procedure at the reception desk by the 10th of each month.

Please be sure to understand the following points and inform your child accordingly.

At the bus stop

  1. Please understand that the bus may be late due to traffic conditions, etc. Please allow 5 minutes to wait at the designated bus stop. The bus will not depart earlier than the designated time.

  2. While waiting, please line up in a single line so as not to cause any inconvenience to local residents or passersby.

  3. Any nuisance behavior such as climbing walls or entering the premises will result in you being banned from using that bus stop in the future. Thank you for your cooperation.

  4. Please wait for the bus with your bus card ready and your school bag on your shoulder.

  5. When the bus comes, please stand there with your hand raised and wait. Do not approach the bus until it has stopped.

  6. When boarding the bus, please allow passengers who wish to get off to get off first before boarding.

Precautions on the school bus

  1. Once seated, please fasten your seat belt and never stick your hands or face out of the window.

  2. Please do not eat rice or snacks on the bus.

  3. Please do not stand, walk or fool around while riding.

  4. When you approach your stop, tell the driver loudly, "I'm getting off at the next bus stop."

  5. If you start to feel unwell, tell the driver straight away that you are feeling unwell.

  6. Please do not bring in valuables such as games or food such as rice or sweets.

  6. Please refrain from crossing the street just in front of or behind a stopped bus as it is dangerous. Please wait until the bus has driven away.

  7. If for some reason your child is unable to get off the bus on the way back, we will keep your child at the club and club staff will contact the parents.
