Advancement checks are conducted once a week for odd-numbered months and twice a week for every month on the last practice day.
At the time of the promotion check, please put the suitchare card of the color of the hat you are practicing in a bag that does not get wet (a plastic bag will be handed to you when you purchase the suitchare card) and come to practice.
Promotion check will be conducted in the registered class.If you do not receive it on the day, it will be carried out in the first practice of the following month.The promotion check will be conducted only once.Multiple checks using transfers are not possible.

Practices for each course are held on the days and times set, so please check the schedule calendar before coming to practice.
There is also a month of practice three times a month.Thank you for your understanding.
Our club practices 45 times a year (once a week) and 1 times a year (twice a week).

If you miss a class due to illness or injury, you can reschedule it to another day of the week. This is limited to two sessions per month (four sessions for the twice-a-week course). The validity period is until the second practice week of the following month for swimming and the first practice week for gymnastics. (There are no reschedulings for the baby course, as it is a free choice system.)
Please use the web transfer system to apply for transfer practice.
If you wish to have a make-up practice, please register the make-up date after registering the absent date. (Absence registration must be made 15 minutes before the start of the absent class, and make-up registration must be made by 8:XNUMX a.m. on the morning of the make-up day.)
You cannot use the school bus at the time of transfer.We cannot accept transfers on closed days.
Book-entry practice will be a capacity system.We cannot accept if we reach the capacity
We recommend that you choose a day other than the promotion check week, as the curriculum will be less practiced for the transfer to the promotion check week.
