About the kids school system

If you miss regular practice, you can transfer to a practice day excluding the promotion check day by the 14th of the following month.
You can make up to 1 times a month for the 2 course per week, and up to 2 times for the 4 course per week.

If you are absent, you need to register your absence [by the start time of the lesson].Unauthorized absences will not be eligible for transfer.
If you wish to make a transfer, please make a reservation [at least 2 hours before the start of the lesson you wish to make up].
If there is a grade setting, it is also possible to transfer to a different course. (Otter → Frog, etc.)
* Each course has a target age setting [Guppy penguin sea otter 3 years old to small 3 / sunfish frog 4 years old and over]
* Taking multiple classes on the same day in a row is not possible in consideration of safety management and the physical strength of the child.

If you wish to change or cancel the transfer date, you need to register the transfer cancellation [before the start time of the transfer lesson].
Re-transfer is possible within the time limit.
*Please call between 11:00 and 11:10 on the day of the Saturday/Sunday sunfish/guppy class for cancellations on the same day.

Transfer reservations will be accepted from the 16th of the previous month. (Example: Transfers for April can be accepted from March 4.)
