Monthly 27 Date

*If the 27th falls on a holiday, the next business day
(Example) Monthly membership fee for August → bank transfer on July 8

Until the last day of the previous month

*If the last day is a holiday, the next business day
(Example) If you wish to take a break from May 5st, please notify us by April 1th.

Please come to the museum, fill out the prescribed form, and submit it.

1 yen (tax included) per month

1 to 6 months(extendable, up to 1 year in a row)

You can use it up to twice a month for 1 yen (tax included) per club membership (Fitness members only).
You can cancel the break and return to the meeting (on a monthly basis).However, you will need to report it to the reception.

Please come to the club, fill in the prescribed course change form, and sign it.

Change fee 1,100 yen (tax included)

Until the last day of the current month

*If the last day is a holiday, the next business day
(Example) If you wish to withdraw by the end of April, please notify us by April 4th.

Please come to the club and fill out the prescribed withdrawal form, and sign it.

Please notify the reception immediately of any changes.

By the 20th of the month before the withdrawal date

(Example) If you are changing from May 5th, please submit a bank transfer request form by April 27th.

Please bring something that shows the account information to be changed (passbook or cash card) and the notification stamp at the reception.

Please report it to the reception as soon as possible.
