Notes on using school buses

Use of the school bus is limited to those who have applied to use the bus.
Passengers can only board and disembark on the route and at the stops they have applied for.
It cannot be used on an individual basis, such as when participating in a rescheduled event or only when it rains.
If you are riding the bus, please make sure to attach a reflective bus label to your school bag. (Bus reflective label fee: 1,100 yen (tax included))
Our club uses bus cards to manage your boarding status on the day. Please be sure to bring your bus card with you on the day, and if you forget or lose it, please let us know immediately.
When using the school bus, please be sure to understand the following precautions and inform your child of them.

At the bus stop

  1. Please understand that the bus may be delayed due to traffic conditions, etc. Please allow about 5 minutes to wait at the designated bus stop.
    We will not depart earlier than the specified time.

  2. When you are waiting, please wait in a single line.

  3. Please wait for the bus with your bus card ready and your school bag on your shoulder.

  4. When the bus arrives, please stand there and wait with your hand up.
    Do not approach the bus until it has stopped.

  5. When boarding the bus, please allow passengers who wish to get off to get off first before boarding.

Precautions on the school bus

  1. When boarding the bus, please place your bus card in the case at the entrance.
    When boarding the return bus, please pick up your bus card at the waiting area (2nd floor elevator hall) and take a seat.
    (If you are only traveling to the club, please take your card with you when you get off. If you are only traveling back, please leave your card at the reception on the 3rd floor.)

  2. Once seated, please fasten your seat belt and never stick your hands or face out of the window.

  3. Please refrain from eating or drinking.

  4. Please do not stand, walk or fool around while riding.

  5. When you approach your stop, tell the driver loudly, "I'm getting off at the next bus stop."

  6. If you start to feel unwell, tell the driver straight away that you are feeling unwell.

  7. Please do not bring games or snacks.

Precautions when getting on and off the train

  1. You cannot get on or off the bus at any location other than the designated bus stops.
    (Other bus stops on the route may be used only if participating in a make-up practice session)

  2. Please refrain from crossing the street just before or just after a stopped bus as it is dangerous.
    Please wait until the bus leaves the area.

  3. If for some reason your child is unable to get off the bus on the way back, we will keep your child at the club and club staff will contact the parents.

Notes and Guidance for Parents

  1. Please be sure to wait at the drop-off side when picking up your child.
    (If you wait on the opposite side of the bus, your child may run out onto the roadway, either in front of or behind the bus, which is extremely dangerous.)

  2. Parents may only ride with children on the infant course.
    Parents of infants enrolled in the infant and children's classes are not permitted to ride along with their children.

  3. In the event of unavoidable reasons (bad weather, breakdowns, road conditions, etc.) a service suspension will be announced on our website, in app notifications and by email.

  4. If you wish to cancel your bus service or change your route, please complete the procedure by the 10th of each month.

Other notes

  1. Once practice is over, change clothes and get on the bus.
    Please wait at the bus shelter for up to 40 minutes.
    In particular, if you are using a return bus only, please be careful not to miss it.

  2. If you suddenly have to change your bus boarding address due to picking up someone, etc., please inform the reception on the 3rd floor and receive a bus card.

About using the online absence/transfer service

  1. If you are only going to miss the bus, please register your absence online. If you register your absence from practice, your bus ride will also be automatically canceled. Please note that if you return to the original practice date and the bus is full, you will not be able to register your ride.
    *If you are not waiting when the bus arrives at your stop, you will be considered absent and the bus will depart.

  2. If you wish to use the bus to reschedule your practice session, please register for the bus service online.
    *If there are no vacant seats or there are no bus stop options, no bus options will be displayed.
