Facility usage restrictions
- *Preschoolers can only use the pool and spa when accompanied by a guardian from the age of 3 or older (with diapers removed).
Accompanying children are the responsibility of the parent/guardian and must be accompanied and supervised at all times.Also, please be careful not to disturb other customers. - *Visitor use is limited to members and companions.

Personal contract locker
1,000 yen (1,100 yen including tax)/month
It will be a monthly contract and will be debited together with the monthly membership fee.
If you wish to cancel, please do so at the reception by the 10th of each month.The contract will be canceled from the following month.

Free for 3 hours, then 30 yen for every 100 minutes
About facility use
When joining...
- ・Persons with tattoos, tattoos (including stickers and henna tattoos), and similar items on their bodies are not eligible to join.
- ・Members of anti-social organizations, those who may interfere with the smooth club life of members, and those who are deemed inappropriate by this club are not eligible to join.
- ・For the above two items, you will be asked to withdraw from the membership when these events are found even after joining.
- ・If you are currently undergoing medical treatment and your doctor has stopped you from exercising, you cannot join. (Those who have permission to exercise may be asked to provide a medical certificate if they are seriously ill.)
House rules in the hotel
- ・In order to create a healthy space, the entire building is non-smoking.
- ・Drinking or under the influence of alcohol is not permitted.
- ・We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- ・Please turn off your mobile phone or smartphone or put it on silent mode, and refrain from talking on the phone or taking pictures in the training facility or locker room.Please make calls in the designated areas.
- ・Please refrain from taking photos and videos in the pool, spa, and lockers. (Including shooting with a mobile phone.) Other facilities are available by asking the staff.
- ・When entering or leaving the building, please use your membership card or the membership card of the navigation app.
- ・Regarding forgotten items, if there is no inquiry and the storage period (1 months) has passed, we will dispose of them.
- ・For theft prevention, please be sure to wear your locker key during training and while using the pool/spa area.
- ・Use of facilities other than lockers and the spa area ends 15 minutes before closing.
- ・If you use rental items, please return them to the designated return box and reception.
- ・From the viewpoint of personal information protection, we cannot inform you of whether or not a customer has visited the facility, usage status, or other personal information, even if it is an inquiry from a family member or friend.
House rules for lockers
- ・Wearing shoes, sandals, slippers (including indoor shoes) in the locker room is prohibited.
- ・Please refrain from eating in the locker room.
- ・The use of mobile phones in the locker room is prohibited.
- ・When leaving the locker, be sure to lock it.
- ・Please do not reserve space by placing your luggage in the powder corner.
- ・One locker can be used per person.
- ・Do not put anything other than swimwear in the swimsuit dehydrator. (It will be the cause of the failure.)
- ・If you feel sick or have any problems, please contact the reception on the extension phone in the locker room.
House rules in the spa area
- ・Using under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.
- ・Bringing in newspapers, magazines, books, mobile phones, cameras, videos, etc., using them while wearing swimsuits, hair dyeing, using oil, washing, etc., are prohibited from sanitary issues.
- ・It is prohibited to put a towel in the bathtub or to scrub in the bathtub.
- ・Before entering the bathtub, sauna, or cold water bath, please shower or pour hot water to thoroughly wash away sweat, dirt, soap, etc.Also, please refrain from activities such as diving in the bathtub.
- ・Please refrain from reserving places such as shower booths, Karan, saunas, etc.
- ・Please refrain from lying down or chatting loudly in the sauna.
- ・Be sure to use sauna sheets in the sauna. (Only one per person) After use, please wash it off in the dedicated shower and put it back in place.
- ・After use, please return the water temperature to the appropriate temperature, wash off the foam such as shampoo well for the next customer, and cooperate in keeping it tidy.
- ・When using the spa area, please bring a towel in advance and wipe your body thoroughly before returning to the locker room to prevent the floor from getting wet.
House Rules at Machine Gym
- ・Please use indoor training shoes and refrain from wearing bare feet, slippers, or outdoor shoes.
- ・When using each device, please be sure to check the safety and follow the usage instructions.
- ・Before using the treadmill, make sure that the running belt is stationary.Also, after use, please completely stop the running belt before getting off.
- ・Please wipe off any sweat that falls on the machine or the floor with the provided towel.
- ・Please refrain from taking a break while sitting on the machine or stretching space.
- ・Please take off your training shoes before stepping onto the stretch mat.
- ・Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other customers (such as shouting, occupying the machine, etc.).
House rules in the studio
- ・Please wear clothes and shoes suitable for exercise.
- ・Please refrain from entering in the middle of the lesson.
- ・For programs that use mats and equipment, please come to the studio according to the preparation time.
- ・Please refrain from taking up space by placing towels, etc.

- ・Swimming is allowed only if the underwater portable music player is a head-mounted type and includes a cord.If you have other codes, you can use it only for underwater walking.
- ・Wearable terminals can be used in the pool by wearing a cover that covers the terminal.
- ・Please use according to the course guide display.
- ・Please refrain from jumping in. (Except during lessons) Please be quiet when entering the pool.
- ・Children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by a guardian when using the pool area. *When using, please be sure to be accompanied by a guardian and keep an eye on it.
- ・Swimming school and lessons will have course restrictions.
Midnight Morning Course Rules
- ・If you wish to use the gym continuously from normal business hours to midnight morning hours, please leave the gym area 15 minutes before the normal business hours. (For cleaning work and safety inspection) Also, please move your belongings in the locker room to the locker in the gym by yourself.
- ・If you forget your card, you will not be able to check in.Please note.
- ・It is strictly prohibited to transfer the card to another person.
- ・Illegal acts such as checking in with multiple people at the same time are strictly prohibited.
- ・Illegal use is checked by security.If fraud is discovered, you will be withdrawn.
- ・Lockers and spa areas are not available.
- ・Please use the racks in the gym area for your luggage. * Please manage your luggage and valuables at your own risk.
