School bus usage information

Please understand that there may be delays in arrival due to traffic conditions, etc.
Please allow about 5 minutes to wait at the designated stop.
We will not depart earlier than the specified time.

When you are waiting, please wait in a single line.

Please wait for the bus with your bus card ready and holding it in your hand and your school bag on your shoulder.

When the bus comes, please stand there with your hand raised and wait. Do not approach the bus until it has stopped.

When boarding the bus, please allow passengers who wish to get off to get off first before boarding.

When boarding the bus, please place your bus card in the case at the entrance. When boarding the bus on your way back, please take your bus card back and sit down.
(If you are only traveling to the club, please take your card with you when you get off.)

Once seated, please fasten your seat belt and never stick your hands or face out of the window.

Please refrain from eating or drinking.

Please do not stand up or fool around while riding.

When you approach your stop, tell the driver loudly, "I'm getting off at the next bus stop."

If you start to feel unwell, tell the driver straight away that you are feeling unwell.

Please do not bring games or snacks.

You cannot get on or off the bus at any location other than the designated bus stops.

Please refrain from crossing the street just in front of or behind a stopped bus as this is dangerous. Please wait until the bus has driven away.

If for some reason your child is unable to get off the bus on the way back, we will keep your child at the club and a club staff member will contact the parents.

Please be sure to wait at the drop-off side when picking up your child.
(If you wait on the opposite side of the bus, your child may run out onto the road, either in front of or behind the bus, which is extremely dangerous.)

Parents are only allowed to ride with their children on the bus for preschoolers, however, for first graders enrolling, parents may ride with their children until they are accustomed to riding the bus.

In the event of unavoidable suspension (due to bad weather, breakdowns, road conditions, etc.), we will notify you via our website, app notifications, and email distribution service.

Cancellation of bus use or changes to the day, time, or stop must be completed by the end of the month and will take effect from the following month.

Once practice is over, please change clothes immediately and gather in front of the elevator on the 7th floor. The driver will pick you up on the 7th floor. Please do not go down to the 1st floor or get on the bus before the bus. In particular, if you are using the bus only for the return trip, please call out to the driver in front of the elevator on the 7th floor.

If a parent or guardian has to suddenly not be on the bus due to picking up a child, etc., they should inform the driver after practice and receive a bus card.

If you will only be absent from the bus ride, please register your absence online. Please be sure to register even if you will only be absent from the outbound or return journey.
If you are late for registration, please call the class.
If you register as missing practice, your bus ride will be automatically canceled.
Please note that if you return to your original practice date, you will not be able to register to board if the bus is at full capacity.
If you are not waiting when the bus arrives at your stop, you will be considered absent and the bus will depart.
