How to use the facility
From check-in to check-out, we will guide you on how to use the facilities.

Hold your membership card over the code reader to check in.

If you would like to rent towels, clothing, shoes, etc., please feel free to let us know.
If you are using the 24-hour club late at night or early in the morning, please scan your security card to enter.

Please change clothes in the locker after check-in.

Please choose your favorite locker (reservation and designation are not possible).
Please keep all your belongings in the locker except for the things you need for training.
Please use a dedicated locker for valuables.

Training at the facility of your choice

Please check your physical condition before training.
Measure your blood pressure and check your physical condition.
If your blood pressure is higher than usual, you have a headache, or you feel unwell, do not overdo it and refrain from exercising for the day. -

Guide to belongings by area
Studio
Please choose clothes that are easy to move in. We recommend sportswear made from stretchy, quick-drying materials. Once you get used to it, you can choose clothes that match the atmosphere of the lesson.
Be sure to bring sports shoes to prevent injury.

Studio

Please wear appropriate exercise clothing and indoor shoes (jeans, skirts, etc. are not permitted).

Please refrain from entering midway through a lesson.

Please refrain from taking up space by placing towels, etc.

Some programs require the use of mats and equipment, so please allow enough time to prepare before coming to the studio.

Studio lessons require a reservation. Please contact our staff regarding the use of the system.

Please refrain from exercising in denim or clothing not suitable for exercise.

You may wear outdoor shoes in the area, but please remove any dirt or mud before entering. For safety reasons, we do not allow bare feet or slippers. We recommend wearing training shoes.

When using the water cooler, please refrain from rinsing your mouth or gargling.

When using any equipment, please be sure to check for safety and follow the instructions for use.

Before using the running machine, make sure the running belt is stationary. Also, when you are done using the machine, make sure the running belt has completely stopped before getting off.

Please wipe off any sweat that falls on the machine or the floor with the provided towel.

Please refrain from taking a break while sitting on the machine or stretching space.

When using cardio machines such as treadmills, if there is a reservation form provided, please fill it out before using the machine.

Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other customers (such as shouting or occupying the machine).

Please note that if you check out after the time limit for your membership course, you will be charged the specified overtime fee.

Sports facilities other than the locker area can be used up to 15 minutes before closing time.
*There may be restrictions on the use of facilities depending on the club.
About lesson schedule

The lesson schedule changes every three months. (January, April, July, October)

In principle, the schedule will be published on the website by the 20th of the previous month.
