How to use the facility

From check-in to check-out, we will guide you on how to use the facilities.

  1. Check-in & change clothes

    1. Hold your membership card over the code reader to check in.

      If you would like to rent towels, clothing, shoes, etc., please feel free to let us know.

      If you are using the 24-hour club late at night or early in the morning, please scan your security card to enter.

    2. Please change clothes in the locker after check-in.

      Please choose your favorite locker (reservation and designation are not possible).
      Please keep all your belongings in the locker except for the things you need for training.
      Please use a dedicated locker for valuables.

  2. Training at the facility of your choice

    1. Please check your physical condition before training.

      Measure your blood pressure and check your physical condition.
      If your blood pressure is higher than usual, you have a headache, or you feel unwell, do not overdo it and refrain from exercising for the day.

Guide to belongings by area

Pool

Choose a swimsuit that fits your body and a swim cap.Please refrain from wearing bikini-type swimwear that exposes a lot of skin.
A swim cap and make-up remover are not required if you are only going to walk in the water.

Usage rules for each area

Pool

  • Please be sure to bring a towel and wipe your body when you leave the pool area so as not to drop water droplets.

  • Please be sure to use the shower.However, those who walk underwater (do not dive in the pool) do not need to remove makeup and hair styling products.

  • Please remove rings, accessories, watches, glasses, etc. However, if you will be walking in the water (not diving in the pool), you may wear glasses. We recommend that you secure your glasses with a band or similar to prevent them from falling off.

  • Wearable devices are only allowed to be used as music players or health management devices in earphone type (*1), watch type, or wristband type (*2). *1 Only devices that do not protrude from the head or that hang from the ear are allowed. *2 The entire device must be covered with a rubber or silicone cover.

  • Please note that if you check out after the time limit for your membership course, you will be charged the specified overtime fee.

  • Sports facilities other than the locker area can be used up to 15 minutes before closing time.

*There may be restrictions on the use of facilities depending on the club.

About lesson schedule

  • The lesson schedule changes every three months. (January, April, July, October)

  • In principle, the schedule will be published on the website by the 20th of the previous month.
