Swimming school
At the Central Sports Group's swimming school, you will start with familiarizing yourself with the water, learn 4 strokes and an individual medley.
If the time is faster, it is also possible to proceed to the player course.
In addition to improving physical strength and skills, we support healthy growth of mind and body with our unique program that can cultivate rules and manners in group activities, making friends and cooperativeness.

●Promotion checks will be conducted on odd-numbered months for the once-a-week course and on the last practice day of each month for the twice-a-week course.
●When you come to the promotion check, please bring your Suichara of the same color as the hat you are practicing with in a bag that will not get wet. (We will give you a plastic bag when you purchase the Suichara.)
●The progress check can be taken on days other than the day of the registered course. *For those in the weekday course, it is "weekdays only", and for those in the weekend course, it is "all days".

If you are unable to attend practice due to other commitments, or if you are unable to attend a practice day due to illness or injury, you can reschedule the practice. The rescheduled practice will be at the same time and in the same class as the registered course.
●You can make up your days off for the month you are absent and up until the end of the following month.
The once-a-week course can be rescheduled up to twice a month, and the twice-a-week course can be rescheduled up to four times a month.
●For those on the weekday course, transfers are possible on weekdays only. For those on the weekend course, transfers are possible on all days.

●At our club school, we ask that you carry the designated uniform (swimsuit and cap) and bag. Please be aware of this before purchasing.
For the infant and children's course, please purchase the necessary teaching materials (Sui Challenge) at the time of the promotion check.
●You will be asked to purchase a swim cap after your class (cap color) is confirmed after the first practice. After that, you will be asked to purchase a different color cap each time your class changes at the promotion check.
