*Guest use is limited to members and accompanying users with use tickets.
Preschoolers can use the facility when they are 3 years old or older (must be out of diapers) when accompanied by a guardian.
Elementary school students should use male lockers for boys and female lockers for girls, and must be accompanied by a guardian of the same sex.
Parents and guardians are responsible for managing children accompanying them, and please be careful not to cause trouble for other guests. - *Visitor use is limited to members and companions.

When joining...

- ・Please use indoor training shoes and refrain from wearing bare feet, slippers, or outdoor shoes.
- ・Please wear clothes suitable for exercise (stretchy clothes, etc.).
- ・When using each device, please be sure to check the safety and follow the usage instructions.
- ・Before using the treadmill, make sure that the running belt is stationary.Also, after use, please completely stop the running belt before getting off.
- ・Please wipe off any sweat that falls on the machine or the floor with the provided towel.
- ・Please refrain from taking a break while sitting on the machine or stretching space.
- ・Please take off your training shoes before stepping onto the stretch mat.
