    Formal admission procedure and payment of admission fee at Central Swim Club Kawagoe

Important subjects

  • ○ Please check the rules and membership agreement of each store when completing the formal enrollment procedure at the store.
    　If you do not sign the enrollment agreement, you will not be able to enroll.Please note.
    ○ If you are currently undergoing medical treatment or taking medicine, we may ask you to submit a medical certificate.
    ○You must be a junior high school student or older to become a fitness member.
    　Please note that we cannot accept customers who are younger than junior high school students on the date of enrollment. (excluding family members)
    ○ The personal information entered by the customer will be used only for the purpose of making a membership reservation.
