Facility usage restrictions
- *You can only use the pool, changing room, and sauna with your companion.
- *Visitor use is limited to members and companions.
About facility use
When joining...
- ・Persons with tattoos, tattoos (including stickers and henna tattoos), and similar items on their bodies are not eligible to join.
- ・Members of anti-social organizations, those who may interfere with the smooth club life of members, and those who are deemed inappropriate by this club are not eligible to join.
- ・For the above two items, you will be asked to withdraw from the membership when these events are found even after joining.
- ・If you are currently undergoing medical treatment and your doctor has stopped you from exercising, you cannot join. (Those who have permission to exercise may be asked to provide a medical certificate if they are seriously ill.)
House rules in the hotel
- ・In order to create a healthy space, the entire building is non-smoking.
- ・Drinking or under the influence of alcohol is not permitted.
- ・We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- ・Please turn off your mobile phone or smart phone or set it to silent mode, and refrain from talking or taking pictures in the changing room.
- ・Please refrain from taking photos and videos inside the museum. (Including shooting with a mobile phone.)
- ・Please use your membership card when entering and leaving the building.
- - Regarding lost items, if there is no inquiry and the storage period (1 month) has passed, the items will be disposed of.
- ・From the viewpoint of personal information protection, we cannot inform you of whether or not a customer has visited the facility, usage status, or other personal information, even if it is an inquiry from a family member or friend.
House rules for lockers
- ・Please refrain from eating in the changing rooms.
- ・The use of mobile phones in the changing rooms is prohibited.
- ・Please refrain from taking a place by leaving your luggage.
- ・After using the dryer, please return it to its original position.Only use the hair dryer on your hair.
- ・If you feel sick or have any problems, please let the receptionist or coach room know.

- ・Be sure to bring a towel when using the pool.
- ・Be sure to take a shower before using the pool.
- ・When using the pool, please remove makeup and hair products before using. (Unnecessary only for underwater walking)
- ・Please wear a swim cap when using the pool. (Unnecessary only for underwater walking)
- ・When using the pool, please measure your blood pressure with a sphygmomanometer and fill in the User Conditioning Check Sheet.
- ・Rings (marriage rings, etc. are excluded. However, if there is a protrusion and the guard judges it to be dangerous, you may be asked to remove it.)
- ・Please remove accessories such as necklaces, plastic items (barrettes, headbands, hair clips, etc.), watches, glasses, etc. (allowed when walking in water) for safety reasons.
- ・Swimming is allowed only if the underwater portable music player is a head-mounted type and includes a cord.If you have other codes, you can use it only for underwater walking.
- ・Wearable terminals can be used in the pool by wearing a cover that covers the terminal.
- ・Please use according to the course guide display.
- ・Please refrain from jumping in. (Except during lessons) Please be quiet when entering the pool.
- ・Course restrictions will be applied during swim lessons.
House rules in the shower
- ・Please refrain from taking places.
- ・Please bring a towel in advance, wipe your body well before returning to the locker room, and cooperate so that the floor does not get wet.
- ・After using the bathroom, wash off the shampoo and other foam well for the sake of the next customer, and help keep things tidy.
