School bus usage information

Please understand that the bus may be delayed due to traffic conditions, etc. Please allow about 5 minutes to wait at the designated bus stop. The bus will not depart earlier than the designated time.

When you are waiting, please wait in a single line.

Please wait for the bus with your bus card ready and your school bag on your shoulder.

When the bus comes, please stand there with your hand raised and wait. Do not approach the bus until it has stopped.

When boarding the bus, please allow passengers who wish to get off to get off first before boarding.

When boarding the bus, please place your bus card in the case at the entrance. When boarding the bus on your way back, please take your bus card back and sit down.

If you are only traveling to the outbound direction: When boarding, tell the driver "outbound only" and just show your bus card to the driver, do not put it in the case.

If you are only riding on the return trip: When you arrive (before school starts), please place your bus card in the case for your bus at reception.

Once seated, please fasten your seat belt and never stick your hands or face out of the window.

Please refrain from eating or drinking.

Please do not stand, walk or fool around while riding.

When you approach your stop, tell the driver loudly, "I'm getting off at the next bus stop."

If you start to feel unwell, tell the driver straight away that you are feeling unwell.

Please do not bring games or snacks.

You cannot get on or off the bus at any location other than the designated bus stops.

If you are using a different route or stop for alternative practice:

Please register for the bus ride when registering your transfer on the app.

If you use a different route or bus stop on certain days during your regular school days:

Please be sure to call us by 12:XNUMX on the day of your reservation.

Please refrain from crossing in front of or behind a stopped bus as this is dangerous. Please wait until the bus has driven away.

If for some reason your child is unable to get off the bus on the way back, we will keep your child at the club and club staff will contact the parents.

Please be sure to wait at the drop-off side when picking up your child.
If you wait on the opposite side of the bus, there is a danger that your child may run out into the roadway in front of or behind the bus.

Parents are only allowed to ride with their children on the bus for preschoolers, however, for first grade elementary school students, parents may ride with their children until they get used to riding the bus.

In the event of unavoidable reasons (bad weather, breakdowns, road conditions, etc.) a service suspension will be announced on our website, in app notifications and by email.

If you wish to cancel your bus service or change your route, please complete the procedure by the last business day of the previous month.

Once practice is over, change clothes and get on the bus. The bus departs every hour at 45 minutes past the hour.
In particular, if you are using a return bus only, please be careful not to miss it.

If you suddenly need to miss the bus due to picking up someone, etc., please inform the driver after the practice session and collect your bus card.

If you will only be absent by bus, please register your absence online.
If you register as missing practice, your bus ride will be automatically canceled. Please note that if you return to the original practice date and the bus is full, you will not be able to register for the ride.

If you are not waiting when the bus arrives at your stop, you will be considered absent and the bus will depart.

If you wish to use the bus to reschedule your practice session, please register for the bus service online.　
If there are no vacant seats or there are no bus stop options, the bus will not be displayed.
