School bus usage information

Please note that the arrival time may be delayed due to traffic conditions, etc.

Please allow about 5 minutes to wait at the bus stop. The bus will not depart earlier than the designated time.

The school bus will always stop at the designated stops, but will depart if there are no children present at the scheduled time.

When waiting at a bus stop, please wait in a single line so as not to cause inconvenience to neighbors or other pedestrians.

Please wait for the school bus with your bus card ready and your school bag on your shoulder until the school bus arrives.

When the school bus arrives, please raise your hand to let the driver know. Do not approach the school bus until it has stopped.

When boarding a school bus, please give priority to passengers getting off before boarding.

When boarding the school bus, please place your bus card in the case at the boarding entrance.

When you board the school bus to go home after school, please take your bus card from the case at the bus entrance and sit down. *If you are only riding the school bus to the club, please take your card with you when you get off.

Once you are seated in your bus seat, please fasten your seat belt and never stick your hands or face out of the window.

Please do not stand, walk or fool around while the bus is moving.

Eating or drinking is not permitted on the bus, other than from water bottles brought by each household for hydration.

Please do not bring games or snacks.

When you approach your stop, tell the driver loudly, "I'm getting off at the next bus stop."

If you start to feel unwell, tell the driver straight away that you are feeling unwell.

You cannot get on or off at any bus stop other than the one you applied for. Once you get off the school bus, please wait there until the bus departs. *Please tell your child to be careful as there is a risk of a vehicle jumping out from the front or rear of a stopped school bus and causing a collision with an oncoming vehicle.

If your child is unable to get off at their stop on the return bus (for example, they fell asleep and didn't notice, or they missed their stop), we will take your child on the school bus to the club. After the club arrives, staff will contact the parent/guardian to discuss how to proceed. *We will discuss whether the parent/guardian should come to pick up the child or whether the child should be picked up on the next bus.

When picking up your child, please be sure to wait on the drop-off side. *If you wait on the opposite side of the bus stop, your child may cross the road, which is very dangerous.

For first grade elementary school students joining the school, parents are allowed to ride with their children until they get used to riding the bus, however, we may refuse their request if the bus is at full capacity.

Please note that service may be suspended suddenly. *If service is suspended due to bad weather, breakdowns, road conditions, etc., we will notify you via our website, app notifications, and email distribution service.

Various procedures for using the school bus *Applications for cancellation or changes to the day, time or route must be completed at the club reception by the 10th of each month.

Once practice is over, please change clothes and get on the bus immediately. The bus departs at 40 minutes past the hour. Please be careful not to miss the bus, especially if you are using the return bus only.

If you suddenly have to miss the bus because your parent or guardian has to pick you up, please be sure to inform the club staff or driver before the school bus departure time and collect your bus card.

If you are only taking the return bus, please present your bus card at the reception before joining the practice.
