Why not start your 2025 bodybuilding journey at Central Kitasendai? We have a spacious and well-equipped gym and free weight area, a running track where you can walk or jog regardless of the weather, a studio where you can enjoy hot lessons, a golf range (10 hitting stations), and two squash courts. After enjoying sports, you can relax in the bath and sauna. We will also be opening a golf school in February! Please come and visit us and experience it for yourself. All our staff look forward to seeing you!

A bicycle parking lot (bicycles and motorcycles) is also available free of charge.
