School bus usage information

Please note that the bus may be delayed due to traffic conditions, etc.

Please allow about 5 minutes to wait at the designated stop.
We will not depart earlier than the specified time.

The school bus will always stop at the designated stops, but will depart if there are no children present at the scheduled time.

When waiting at a bus stop, please wait in a single line so as not to cause inconvenience to neighbors or other pedestrians.

Please wait for the bus with your bus card ready and your school bag on your shoulder.

When the bus arrives, please stay where you are and wait with your hand raised. Do not approach the bus until it has stopped.

When boarding the bus, please allow passengers who wish to get off to get off first before boarding.

When boarding the bus, please place your bus card in the case at the entrance. When boarding the bus on your way back, please take your bus card and sit down. (If you are only riding to the club, please take your card with you when you get off.)

Once seated, please fasten your seat belt and never stick your hands or face out of the window.

Eating or drinking is not permitted on the bus, other than from water bottles brought by each household for hydration.

Please do not stand, walk or fool around while the bus is moving.

When you approach your stop, tell the driver loudly, "I'm getting off at the next bus stop."

If you start to feel unwell, tell the driver straight away that you are feeling unwell.

Please do not bring games or snacks.

You cannot get on or off the bus at any location other than the designated bus stops.

When you get off the school bus, please wait there until the bus departs.
*Please inform parents that your child should be extremely careful as there is a risk of a vehicle jumping out in front or behind a stopped school bus and causing a collision with an oncoming vehicle.

If you are unable to get off at your stop on the return bus (for example, you fell asleep and didn't notice, or you missed your stop)
If you are unable to drop off your child due to the above reasons, we will take your child on the school bus until the club arrives. Once the club arrives, staff will contact the parent/guardian to discuss the next steps (whether the parent/guardian comes to pick up the child or takes the child on the next bus).

Please be sure to wait at the drop-off side when picking up your child.
*If you wait on the opposite side of the road from the bus stop, your child may cross the road, which is very dangerous.

Please note that service may be suspended suddenly.
*If service is suspended due to bad weather, breakdowns, road conditions, etc., we will notify you via our website, app notifications, and email distribution service.

Various procedures for using school buses
*Applications for cancellation or changes to the day, time or route must be completed at the club reception by the 10th of each month.

Once practice is over, change clothes and get on the bus. The bus departs every hour at 40 minutes past the hour.
In particular, if you are using a return bus only, please be careful not to miss it.

If you suddenly have to miss the bus because your parent or guardian has to pick you up, please be sure to inform the club staff or driver before the school bus departure time and collect your bus card.

If you are only taking the return bus, please present your bus card at the reception before joining the practice.

If you will only be absent by bus, please register your absence online.
If you register as missing practice, your bus ride will be automatically canceled.
*If you are not waiting when the bus arrives at your stop, you will be considered absent and the bus will depart.
