Membership Freeze

Member may, by submitting the prescribed membership freeze request form to the Club by no later than the 10th day of any given month (or by no later than the immediately following business day if the Club is closed on the 10th day of such month), freeze his/her membership starting from the following month.

Please come to the club and fill out a notice of adjournment.

You can cancel the recess in the middle (monthly basis). However, you will need to report it to the reception.
Changes in the Types of Membership

Membership Cancellation

Member may, by submitting the prescribed membership cancellation notice to the Club by no later than the 10th day of any given month (or by no later than the immediately following business day if the Club is closed on the 10th day of such month), cancel his/her membership as of the last day of such month.

Please come to the club and fill out the prescribed withdrawal form, and sign it.
Change bank account

*For banks other than the above, the deadline is the last day of the month before the previous month.

Please bring your membership card, cash card, and personal seal when completing the procedure.
- *Please be sure to observe the deadline for each notification date. Please note that we cannot accept applications after the designated date regardless of the reason.
- *Please notify the reception as soon as possible if you have changed your name or address.
