[Part 2] Machine gym renewal in March 2024
Hello everyone! This is Shimizu, the manager. The Minamikoizumi store has four overwhelming types of spas and saunas and two spacious pools.
This time, we have carried out the second machine gym renewal.
・Increase by 1 bench press
・Updated 2 movable benches, 1 sit-up table, and 1 back muscle table
・6 running machines updated
・Additional 4 air cycle fitness bikes (scheduled for March 3th)
*Very popular studio lesson (excellent fat burning effect)
In the gym area, we hold about 40 gym small exercises a week and a night gym after 19pm.
It's safe and secure for those who are unsure about how to use the machine, and there's no waiting time for those who want to train hard!
