Rental conditions
1) Reservations for rental tennis courts can be made through the tennis school transfer reservation system [Service Ace]. *If you use Service Ace, you need to call our club for the first time and register as a member. (free)
2) You can make a reservation from one week before the desired date.
*For rental squash court reservations, please call or contact the club directly.

- * Reservations on the reservation start date are for one day per group (the number of frames is free), and from the next day onwards, reservations can be made for the number of days and the number of frames free.
- *When applying for the first day of reservation, there are cases where people in one group make reservations for different dates.Please be sure to make a reservation for one day per group.
- Note) If you do not follow the rules, we will refuse to use it after that.
- *Be sure to wear eye guards when using the squash court.

- Please make a reservation by phone in advance or apply directly at the club reception.
- Please fill in the application form and pay the fee when you visit the museum.
- *Reservations for the following month can be made from 16:16 on the 11th of every month (if the 00th is a holiday, the next day).
Cancellation Policy
[Cancellation of reservation on business days]
If you wish to cancel a reservation, you may do so by completing the required procedures on this website up to seven days prior to the date of use of the facility.
Up to 7 days in advance Free
6 to 3 days in advance: 20%
2 days before to the day before: 50%
On the day 100%
[Cancellation of Wednesday reservation]
There is no cancellation fee up to the day before the reservation date, and 100% of the usage fee will be charged on the day.
