Information on our club's paid facility rental.Please check the rental conditions, application method, fees, etc.
Rental conditions
1) Reservations for rental tennis courts can be made through the tennis school transfer reservation system [Service Ace]. *If you use Service Ace, you need to call our club for the first time and register as a member. (free)
2) You can make a reservation from one week before the desired date.
*For rental squash court reservations, please call or contact the club directly.

- *If it rains at the start of use, the court will be closed.
- * If area corporate members use exercise facilities other than tennis courts, a separate corporate usage fee will be charged each time.
- *The usage fee will change according to the division within the group played together.
- (Example: If there is even one general person in the group, the general fee will be charged)
- *If you have not rented for more than a year, you will need to re-register.
- *Please contact the club if you have any questions about other items not listed.

*Reservations are limited to 1 minutes per slot.
*The facility can be used from 30 minutes before the start of court rental time until 45 minutes after the end of the time.

How to apply
After making a reservation in advance using the tennis school transfer reservation system [Service Ace], please apply and pay at the club reception on the day of use.
- *Please fill in the application form and pay the fee when you visit the museum.
- *Reservations can be made from one week before the desired date.
- *Tennis school members can make reservations from the service ace they are currently using.
- *Those who are new to Service Ace (fitness members, area corporations, culture members, and general non-members) are required to register for Service Ace only when applying for the first time, so please contact our club. Please apply by phone. (044-813-4455) After completing registration, you can reserve a court at Service Ace.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your reservation up until the day before your reservation date through Service Ace.
If you wish to cancel on the day, please contact the club by phone.

- * Cancellation up to the day before the reservation is free of charge, and 100% of the usage fee will be charged on the day.
- *If the court is closed on the day due to rain, etc., no cancellation fee will be charged.
- *Regardless of the reason, the usage fee cannot be refunded if the customer decides to stop using the service after the start of use.

- * Reservations on the reservation start date are for one day per group (the number of frames is free), and from the next day onwards, reservations can be made for the number of days and the number of frames free.
- *When applying for the first day of reservation, there are cases where people in one group make reservations for different dates.Please be sure to make a reservation for one day per group.
- Note) If you do not follow the rules, we will refuse to use it after that.
- *Be sure to wear eye guards when using the squash court.
- * Reservations for days other than Wednesdays can be made through our dedicated reservation website: https://labola.jp/r/shop/3372/.

- *Reservations for the following month can be made from 16:16 on the 11th of every month (if the 00th is a holiday, the next day).
