25m pool
Begin by getting used to the water, learn 4 strokes, and individual medley.

25m pool (swimming school)
Red hat (water habituation) is conducted by setting up an red stand.You can practice in a comfortable environment.

Practice mat exercises.Handstands, cartwheels, and even more difficult tricks will be challenged as you progress.
