Formal admission will be accepted at the front desk on the 2nd floor of our store.
For those who have completed the official enrollment procedure, the benefits of online enrollment reservation will be applied.

Procedure flow

  1. Form input

    Enter and send the required information in the online membership reservation form

  2. visit the club

    Please bring "things necessary for the procedure" and visit Central Fitness Club 24 Morioka (reception hours are from 15:15 to 18:00 every Wednesday)

  3. procedure

    Formal admission procedure and payment of admission fee at the front desk on the 2nd floor of our store

  4. Enrollment completed!

    You can use the club after your desired date of joining

Important subjects

  • ○ Please check the rules and membership agreement of each store when completing the formal enrollment procedure at the store.
    　If you do not sign the enrollment agreement, you will not be able to enroll.Please note.
    ○ If you are currently undergoing medical treatment or taking medicine, we may ask you to submit a medical certificate.
    ○ The personal information entered by the customer will be used only for the purpose of making a membership reservation.
