    Formal membership applications will be accepted at Nissay Central Fitness Club Matsudo.
    Please make sure to complete your online membership reservation during the campaign period.
    For those who have completed the formal membership procedure during the campaign period,
    1) 3rd month after joining: Half price for monthly membership fee
    2) Free registration fee (only available to those who join online)
    3) 2 personal training sessions for 0 yen (1 minutes x 30 sessions: equivalent to 2 yen)
    4) CS Live HOME Free viewing
    5) We will give you two invitation tickets (free facility use tickets).

    Details of Nissay Central Fitness Club Matsudo will be announced on our website as needed.

    * This campaign benefit is for those who have not been enrolled in the past 2 months and have continued for more than 3 months (2.5 months for half-month enrollment).
    *The two months' membership fee paid at the time of enrollment is not eligible for discounts.
    *Cannot be used in conjunction with campaign benefits that are being held at the same time. Monthly membership fees will be discounted up to half price for one month during the campaign period.

      Please check the course and fee to join from the club page.

    2. visit the club

      After confirming the "Important Matters" below, please register in the "Enrollment Reservation Form".
      * When registering, please decide the schedule to visit the museum for the enrollment procedure.

    3. procedure

      Please make a note of your reservation number after confirming your registration details.

    4. Enrollment completed!

      A reservation confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you registered in the "input form".

    • ○ Please check the rules and membership agreement of each store when completing the formal enrollment procedure at the store.
