On special business days, reception hours are 10:00-19:30.

Formal admission will be done at the club.
Please make an online membership reservation by Wednesday, January 2025, 4, and complete the formal membership procedure by Wednesday, January 30, 2025.
We will keep you informed of club details on our website.

Procedure flow

  1. Form input

    Fill in the required information on the online membership reservation form and submit.

  2. visit the club

    Visit the Izumisano City Health Promotion Center (Utrick), bringing the "necessary items for procedures" with you.

  3. procedure

    Please complete formal membership procedures and pay the membership fee at the 1st floor front desk.

  4. Enrollment completed!

    You can use the club after your desired membership date.

Important subjects

  • ○ Please check the rules and membership agreement of each store when completing the formal enrollment procedure at the store.
    　If you do not sign the enrollment agreement, you will not be able to enroll.Please note.
    ○ If you are currently undergoing medical treatment or taking medicine, we may ask you to submit a medical certificate.
    ○ The personal information entered by the customer will be used only for the purpose of making a membership reservation.
