School bus usage information

Please note that the arrival time may be delayed due to traffic conditions, etc.

Please allow about 5 minutes to wait at the bus stop.
Furthermore, we will not depart earlier than the specified time.

The school bus will always stop at the designated stops, but will depart if there are no children present at the scheduled time.

When waiting at a bus stop, please wait in a single line so as not to cause inconvenience to neighbors or other pedestrians.

Please wait for the school bus with your boarding pass (membership card) ready and your school bag on your shoulder until the school bus arrives.

When the school bus arrives, please raise your hand to let the driver know.
Do not approach a school bus until it has stopped.

When boarding a school bus, please give priority to passengers getting off before boarding.

When boarding the school bus, please hand over your boarding pass (membership card) to the driver.

When you board the school bus to go home after school, please take your membership card (passport) which is placed at the bus entrance and sit in your seat.
*If you are only taking the school bus to the club, please take your card with you when you get off.

Once you are seated in your bus seat, please fasten your seat belt and never stick your hands or face out of the window.

Please do not stand, walk or fool around while the bus is moving.

Eating or drinking is not permitted on the bus, other than from water bottles brought by each household for hydration.

Please do not bring games or snacks.

When you approach your stop, tell the driver loudly, "I'm getting off at the next bus stop."

If you start to feel unwell, tell the driver straight away that you are feeling unwell.

You cannot get on or off at any bus stop other than the one you applied for.
When you get off the school bus, please wait there until the bus departs.
*Please inform parents that your child should be extremely careful as there is a risk of a vehicle jumping out in front or behind a stopped school bus and causing a collision with an oncoming vehicle.

If your child is unable to get off at their own stop on the return bus (for example, they fell asleep and didn't notice, or they missed their stop), we will take your child on the school bus to the club.
Once your child arrives at the club, staff will contact you to discuss further action.
*We will discuss whether the parent/guardian will come to pick up the child or whether the child will be picked up on the next available shuttle.

Please be sure to wait at the drop-off side when picking up your child.
*If you wait on the opposite side of the road from the bus stop, your child may cross the road, which is very dangerous.

When a first grade elementary school student joins the club, a parent or guardian may accompany them until they become accustomed to riding the bus; however, we may refuse this request if the bus is at full capacity.

Please note that service may be suspended suddenly.
*If service is suspended due to bad weather, breakdowns, road conditions, etc., we will notify you via our website, app notifications, and email distribution service.

Various procedures for using school buses
*Applications for cancellation or changes to the day, time or route must be completed at the club reception by the 10th of each month.

Once practice is over, change clothes and get on the bus. The bus departs every hour at 40 minutes past the hour.
In particular, if you are using a return bus only, please be careful not to miss it.

If you suddenly have to miss the bus because a parent or guardian has to pick you up, please be sure to inform a club staff member or driver before the school bus departs and receive your boarding pass (membership card).

If you are only riding the return bus, please present your boarding pass (membership card) at the reception before joining the practice.

If you are absent from school only or will be using the school bus only one way, please register through the online system at least one hour before the bus departs. (Classes starting at 16:30 will be closed until 14:30, and classes starting at 17:30 will be closed until 15:30)
*If you register as missing practice, your bus ride will be automatically canceled.
Please note that if you return to your original practice date, you will not be able to register to board if the bus is at full capacity.
*If you are not waiting when the bus arrives at your stop, you will be considered absent and the bus will depart.

If you are using the bus to make up for a rescheduled practice session, please register online. If you are using the bus to make up for a rescheduled practice session on the day of the session, please register online by 12:00.
*If there are no vacant seats or there are no bus stop options, no bus options will be displayed.

If you change classes, those who have made transfer reservations for the old class must reschedule and rebook their bus tickets for the new class.
