[No Penalty Days in February]

For those renewing in August, renewal procedures are being accepted until July 12, 2025.


[About the online renewal procedure]
*The validity period of the WEB membership is one year from the renewal month. If you wish to renew, please complete the renewal procedure at the front desk between three months prior to the renewal month and the end of the previous month.
What you need on the day of the procedure
　・Renewal fee 1,100 yen
　・Product that can confirm your identity (driver's license, insurance card, My Number card, etc.)
* The renewal month for all WEB members No. 1 to 7999 (those who registered before December 2021) will be January.
　・Renewal period: October 10st to December 1st
　・Validity period: January 1st to December 1st of the following year
* For WEB members No. 8000 and above (those who registered after December 2021), the renewal month will be the month of registration and will vary depending on the member.
　Example: Those whose renewal month is May (those who renewed in May after 5)
　・Renewal period: February 2st to April 30th
　・Validity period: May 5st to April 4th of the following year

*If you do not complete the procedure within the renewal deadline, you will be unable to use the online reservation system.This is no longer possible, and the usage fee will be the guest fee.
*Please note that your membership will be automatically cancelled at the end of the month following the renewal month, and you will be required to register as a new member if you wish to re-register.



[☂About use and cancellation in case of bad weather]
Regarding cancellations due to bad weather, if the probability of precipitation at that time is 50% or more according to the Yahoo! Weather forecast, or if the club determines otherwise, no penalty points will be added for cancellation.
* No-penalty days will be announced at the top of this page and at the top of the tennis court reservation screen after 6:7 PM the day before or around XNUMX:XNUMX AM on the day of the event.
* On days when there is no penalty, please register your cancellation online yourself. If you cancel without permission after reserving the court, you will be subject to penalty points, so please register your cancellation as soon as possible.
In addition, when using the courts during bad weather, we have previously charged in 30-minute increments, but in response to your requests we have now changed it so that charges can be made in 15-minute increments.



[Reservation rules]
*Please basically do everything online. Please note that any coats etc. reserved over the phone will be charged at the guest price.
*All advance reservation slots are for 2 hours. However, in February, March, September, and October, the last slot will be for 2 hours from 3:9 to 10:14 due to daylight hours.
〇 Regarding shortened usage within the frame
　・Weekdays: Courts reserved on the day (from midnight) can be used for a shorter period. However, the 0:10-12:10 slot can be used for a shorter period if there are spaces available after XNUMX:XNUMX.
　・Saturdays and Sundays: Courts reserved after the start time can be used for a shorter period. (Example: If you make a reservation by phone or at the front desk after 12:14 for the 12:XNUMX-XNUMX:XNUMX slot)
　In either case, payment will be made in 30-minute increments.

*As of 2020, our facility will no longer allow the use of soft tennis courts due to noise pollution and other reasons. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.



[Pool opening days in June]
Dates: 2st (Sun), 9th (Sun), 16th (Sun), 23nd (Sun)
*The pool will not be open on November 30th (Sunday) as it is a closed day.

〇Opening hours 11:00-17:00
Price: Adults (junior high school students and above): 1 yen per person (excluding tax) Children: 800 yen per person (excluding tax)

*Children in the third grade or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
*People with tattoos and children who are still in diapers are not allowed to use the facility.
