Notes on using school buses

Use of the school bus is limited to those who have applied for the bus service. You can only board and disembark on the route and at the bus stops you have applied for. You cannot use the bus on an individual basis, such as only for transfer participation or only when it is raining.
If you are riding the bus, please make sure to attach the bus reflective label to your school bag.
(Reflective bus label fee: 1,100 yen (tax included))

Please be sure to understand the following points and inform your child accordingly.

At the bus stop

  1. Please understand that the bus may be late due to traffic conditions, etc. Please allow about 5 minutes to wait at the designated bus stop. The bus will not depart earlier than the designated time.

  2. When you are waiting, please wait in a single line.

  3. Please wait for the bus with your bus card ready and your school bag on your shoulder.

  4. When the bus comes, please stand there with your hand raised and wait. Do not approach the bus until it has stopped.

  5. When boarding the bus, please allow passengers who wish to get off to get off first before boarding.

Precautions on the school bus

  1. When boarding the bus, please place your bus card in the case at the entrance. When boarding the bus on your way back, please take your bus card and sit down. (If you are only riding to the club, please take your card with you when you get off.)

  2. Once seated, please fasten your seat belt and never stick your hands or face out of the window.

  3. Please refrain from eating or drinking.

  4. Please do not stand, walk or fool around while riding.

  5. When you approach your stop, tell the driver loudly, "I'm getting off at the next bus stop."

  6. If you start to feel unwell, tell the driver straight away that you are feeling unwell.

  7. Please do not bring games or snacks.

Precautions when getting on and off the train

  1. You cannot get on or off the bus at any location other than the designated bus stops.

  2. Please refrain from crossing the street just in front of or behind a stopped bus as this is dangerous. Please wait until the bus has driven away.

  3. If for some reason your child is unable to get off the bus on the way back, we will keep your child at the club and club staff will contact the parents.

Notes and Guidance for Parents

  1. When picking up your child, please be sure to wait on the side where passengers are disembarking. (If you wait on the opposite side of the road from where passengers are disembarking, your child may run out onto the road in front of or behind the bus, which is extremely dangerous.)

  2. Parents are only allowed to ride with their children on the toddler course, however, for first grade elementary school students joining for the first time only, parents are allowed to ride with their children on the toddler course for the first time only.

  3. In the event of unavoidable reasons (bad weather, breakdowns, road conditions, etc.) a service suspension will be announced on our website, in app notifications and by email.

  4. If you wish to cancel your bus service or change your route, please complete the procedure by the 25th of each month.

Other notes

  1. Once practice is over, change clothes and get on the bus. The bus departs every hour at 45 minutes past the hour.

  2. In particular, if you are using a return bus only, please be careful not to miss it.

  3. If you suddenly need to miss the bus due to picking up someone, etc., please inform the driver after the practice session and collect your bus card.

About using the online absence/transfer service

  1. If you are absent, there is no need to contact the club. Please contact the club only if you wish to reschedule. (Rescheduling is only possible on the same route.)

  2. If you are not waiting when the bus arrives at your stop, you will be considered absent and the bus will depart.
