In the physical education school of the Central Sports Group, comprehensive athletic ability is cultivated by challenging various events such as horizontal bars, vaulting boxes, mats, and ball exercises.

About promotion check

  • ◆This will be held once every three months (June, September, December, and March).
    　Tests will be conducted in the first three weeks of the program.

About practice days

  • ◆The once-a-week course will have 1 practice sessions per year, and the twice-a-week course will have 45 practice sessions per year.
    *Please note that there may be months when we have three practice sessions.

About transfer practice system

  • ◆The once a week course can be rescheduled up to twice a month, and the twice a week course can be rescheduled up to four times a month. (The mixed course can be rescheduled up to twice a month for each event.)
    ◆The transfer deadline is the end of the current month or the following month.
    ◆The transfer will be for the same time and course as the registered course.
    ◆Weekday courses can only be rescheduled on weekdays. If you are enrolled in the Saturday and Sunday course, you can reschedule on any day of the week.

◆[Saturday and Sunday] The twice-weekly course is for those who can attend practice on either Saturday or Sunday.
◆The membership card issuance fee is to be paid only at the time of registration. A reissue fee of 330 yen (tax included) will be charged.
