This is the number one facility in Takasaki City, with a vast machine gym, pool, studio, and spa area with an open-air bath!
Even though it's right in front of the station, there's ample parking, and the gym is open 24 hours a day! There's also a very bright pool on the top floor, with new lighting and filter media.
We look forward to seeing you and our energetic staff in 2026, as we continue to contribute to the health of everyone in Gunma Prefecture.
