How to use the facility
From check-in to check-out, we will guide you on how to use the facilities.

Hold your membership card over the code reader to check in.

If you would like to rent towels, clothing, shoes, etc., please feel free to let us know.
If you are using the 24-hour club late at night or early in the morning, please scan your security card to enter.

Please change clothes in the locker after check-in.

Please choose your favorite locker (reservation and designation are not possible).
Please keep all your belongings in the locker except for the things you need for training.
Please use a dedicated locker for valuables.

Please check your physical condition before training.
Measure your blood pressure and check your physical condition.
If your blood pressure is higher than usual, you have a headache, or you feel unwell, do not overdo it and refrain from exercising for the day. -

Guide to belongings by area
Studio
Please choose clothes that are easy to move in. We recommend clothing made from sports materials that are stretchable and quick-drying. Once you get used to it, you can also choose according to the atmosphere of the lesson ◎.
Be sure to bring sports shoes to prevent injury.
Gym
It is convenient when moving around the gym area if you prepare a bag to carry towels and drinks. Be sure to bring sports shoes to prevent injury.
Pool
Choose a swimsuit that fits your body and a swim cap.Please refrain from wearing bikini-type swimwear that exposes a lot of skin.
A swim cap and make-up remover are not required if you are only going to walk in the water.

Please use indoor shoes and refrain from wearing bare feet or outdoor shoes.

Please wipe off any sweat that falls on the machine or the floor with the provided towel.

Please refrain from taking a break while sitting on the machine or stretching space.

Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other customers (such as shouting or occupying the machine).

Please be sure to bring a towel and wipe your body when you leave the pool area so as not to drop water droplets.

Please be sure to use the shower.However, those who walk underwater (do not dive in the pool) do not need to remove makeup and hair styling products.

Please remove rings, accessories, watches, glasses, etc.

Shower room/powder room

The shower is equipped with rinse-in shampoo and body soap.

Wipe off the water thoroughly when you leave the shower room.

A hair dryer is installed in the powder room.Please feel free to use it.

Please note that if you check out after the usage time of the enrollment course, you will be charged the specified overtime fee.

Sports facilities other than the locker area can be used up to 15 minutes before closing time.
*There may be restrictions on the use of facilities depending on the club.
About lesson schedule

The lesson schedule changes every three months. (January, April, July, October)

In principle, the schedule will be published on the website by the 20th of the previous month.

The holiday lesson schedule will be published on the website three weeks in advance.
