- About promotion check

Promotion check is conducted once every two months (odd months) for the once-a-week course, and once a month (every month) for the twice-a-week course.It will be held on the last practice day at the end of the month.Promotion check will be conducted in the registered class.However, if you are absent due to various reasons on the day of the promotion check, it will be made up during the promotion check period.

- About Our School Bus

Advance application is required to use the school bus.If you are interested, please apply at our swimming pool reception.
<Registration procedure> Please fill out the application form and pay one month's usage fee by the last opening day of the previous month.
*If you apply at the time of enrollment, you will be required to pay two months' worth of usage fees.
<Cancellation Procedure> Please fill out the cancellation application form by the 10th. (For example, if you wish to cancel at the end of May, please complete the process by May 10th.)
* As a general rule, please refrain from riding the school bus outside of the course you applied for.
*If you will not be riding the school bus you have registered for (for example, if you are taking a break from practice), please register in advance using the Kids app.

- About transfer practice system

If you are unable to attend practice for any reason, you can reschedule the practice. Please register your absence via the Kids app (or online reschedule page) before rescheduling. Absences must be registered up to 15 minutes before the start of practice, and rescheduled practice must be registered by noon on the day of practice (by 7am for morning practice). Rescheduled practice sessions can be held up to two times a month for once-a-week courses and up to four times a month for twice-a-week courses.
In principle, the transfer will be in the same class and at the same time as the registered course.
If you are using the bus instead, please register for boarding via the Kids App (or online transfer page) by 12:00 on the day of your trip.

There are no restrictions on swimsuits, swim caps, or bags. You can bring what you use at school or home.
If you wish, we sell Central Sports original products (swimsuits, swim caps, and bags).
◇Please prepare your swim cap after your class (color) is decided after the first practice. The color varies depending on the class. Please prepare a swim cap each time you advance to the next class.
