Advancement check (Sui Chare) is conducted once a week in odd-numbered months and twice a week in the last week of every month.Please check the "Sui Chare Week" on the school calendar.
Promotion check will be conducted in the registered class.
If you are absent on that day, we will check your progress in the first week of the following month.

*Please purchase a reflector for 1,000 yen (1,100 yen including tax).
* The deadline for bus cancellation procedures is the 10th of the month in which you wish to cancel.
(Example) If you wish to cancel at the end of January → January 10th *If the 10th is a closed day, you can cancel by the next business day.
* As a general rule, please refrain from riding the school bus outside of the course you applied for.

- About transfer practice system

If you are unable to participate in practice due to illness, injury, or other reasons, make-up practice is possible.
The transfer will be a class with the same conditions as the registered course.
The once a week course can be changed up to XNUMX times a month, and the twice a week course can be changed up to XNUMX times a month for each class (XNUMX swimming, XNUMX physical education and XNUMX dance classes for mixed classes).
In case of non-attendance or transfer, you will need to register in the "WEB system". (For details, please check the "Absence/Substitute WEB Reservation System" that you will receive at the time of enrollment.
The deadline for making up is the first week of the month following the date of absence (one week from the start date of the school).

If you wish to change the course (change of event, change from 1 course per week to 2 courses per week, etc.), please submit the specified course change notification to the club reception by the 10th day of the previous month (if the 10th is a holiday, the next business day). If you wish to change the practice time or day of the week, please submit the prescribed course change notification by the last day of the month before the desired month.
Course change fee is free.

Please purchase a swim cap after the class (color) has been confirmed after the first practice.The color of the designated cap is different for each class, so please purchase it each time you advance to the next grade.
* Baby swim caps are not designated items, so you can bring your own.
* Swimfixes do not have to be specified by Central, but please be sure to prepare them.
