School bus usage information

＜At the bus stop＞

1) Please understand that the bus may be delayed due to traffic conditions, etc. Please allow about 5 minutes to wait at the designated bus stop.

1) When you are waiting, please wait in a single line.

3) Please have your bus card ready and hold it in your hand while you wait for the bus with your school bag on your shoulder.

4) When the bus comes, please stand where you are and wait with your hand raised. Do not approach the bus until it has stopped.

5) When boarding the bus, please allow passengers who wish to get off to get off first before boarding.

<Inside the car>

1) When boarding the bus, please place your bus card in the card holder at the entrance. When boarding the bus on your way back, please take your bus card with you and sit down. (If you are only riding the bus to your destination, please board the bus without leaving your bus card behind.)

2) Once seated, fasten your seat belt and never stick your hands or face out of the window.

3) Please refrain from eating or drinking.

4) Please do not stand, walk or mess around while the vehicle is moving.

5) When you approach your bus stop, tell the driver loudly, "I'm getting off at the next bus stop."

6) If you start to feel unwell, immediately tell the driver that you are feeling unwell.

7) Please do not bring games or snacks.

<Notes when getting on and off>

1) You cannot get on or off the bus at any location other than the designated bus stops.

2) It is dangerous to cross the street just before or after a stopped bus. Please wait until the bus has passed before crossing the street.

3) If for some reason you are unable to get off the bus on the way back, your child will be kept at the club and club staff will contact the parents.

<For parents/guardians>

1) When picking up your child, please be sure to wait on the side where passengers are disembarking. (If you wait on the opposite side of the road from where passengers are disembarking, your child may run out onto the roadway in front of or behind the bus, which is extremely dangerous.)

2) Parents may only ride with children on the infant course.

3) In the event of unavoidable reasons (bad weather, breakdowns, road conditions, etc.) we will notify you via our website, app notifications, and email distribution service. *We cannot respond to inquiries by phone.

10) If you wish to cancel your bus service or change your route, please complete the procedure by the XNUMXth of the previous month.

2) In the case of changes in bus boarding times due to course changes due to school advancement or promotion, priority will be given to children who have been on the bus for more than two months. We cannot guarantee that seats will be available. Thank you for your understanding.

＜Other points to note＞

40) After practice, change clothes and get on the bus immediately. The bus departs every hour at XNUMX minutes past the hour.

If you are using the bus only for the return journey, please leave your bus card at the reception on the 2nd floor before practice.

2) If you suddenly need to change bus boarding status due to needing to pick up someone, etc., please inform the driver after the practice session and collect your bus card.

<About using the online absence/transfer service>　

1) If you will only be absent by bus, please register your bus absence online.

If you register as missing practice, your bus ride will be automatically canceled. Please note that if you return to the original practice date and the bus is full, you will not be able to register for the ride.

*If you are not waiting when the bus arrives at your stop, you will be considered absent and the bus will depart.

2) Please note that you will not be able to board the bus for the rescheduled practice session.
