Promotion check will be done on the last day of practice in odd-numbered months.
Promotion check will be conducted in the registered class.If you are absent due to some reason on the day of the promotion check, it is possible to take the promotion check in the first week of the next month or the week before.

Practices for each course are held on the days and times set, so please check the schedule calendar before coming to practice.

- About Our School Bus

Advance application is required to use the school bus.If you are interested, please apply at our club reception.
As a general rule, please refrain from riding the school bus other than the course you applied for.

- About transfer practice system

If you cannot participate in the practice due to other schedules overlapping with the practice day, or if you cannot participate in the practice day due to illness or injury, make-up practice is possible.However, you cannot make a transfer if there is no free transfer frame.
The transfer will be in the same class and at the same time as the registered course.Make-up practice is possible until the first week of the following month.
The once-a-week course can be changed up to twice a month.
You will need to register your absence online and make a reservation in advance.
Please refrain from transferring to the promotion check week.

When joining, in addition to the monthly membership fee, a registration fee of 1,000 yen (1,100 yen including tax) and a membership card issuing fee of 1,000 yen (1,100 yen including tax) are required.
Our club uses a method of paying monthly membership fees by bank transfer.The monthly membership fee for the following month will be withdrawn from your bank account on the 28th of the previous month.
To change the event, please submit the prescribed notification to the club reception by the 10th of the month preceding the desired month (or the next business day if the 10th is a holiday).We do not accept reservations by phone.
If you wish to change the practice time or day of the week, please submit the prescribed course change notification by the last day of the month before the desired month.
Course change fee is free.
