Please proceed to the Reservation form from the link at the bottom of this page or from the "Web Enrollment" page of the club you wish to join.
After checking "Important Matters", please enter the necessary items.

After sending, the completion screen will be displayed, and a confirmation email will be sent to you regarding the details of your application for membership reservation.
Please print the e-mail or present the screen of your smartphone, etc. when you visit the museum.

Visit the club

We will pay the initial membership fee, register your account, and check the size of the designated wear.
*Club procedures may take 30-40 minutes depending on how busy the club is.Please allow plenty of time for your visit.

Monthly membership fee
Two months worth of monthly membership fee for the course you wish to enroll in

Please check the membership agreement and terms and conditions agreement of each club when completing the formal enrollment procedure at the store. If you do not sign the Terms and Conditions Agreement, we cannot accept your membership. Please note.
