Web enrollment flow

Please proceed to the Reservation form from the link at the bottom of this page or from the "Web Enrollment" page of the club you wish to join.
After checking "Important Matters", please enter the necessary items.

  1. Select your desired school

    (Example) Infant swimming once a week

  2. Enter customer information

    Please enter the required information such as your name, gender, date of birth, address, and contact information.

  3. Select your preferred enrollment date

  4. Select the date and time you would like to visit

    Please select the date and time you would like to visit. We will take care of the registration process.

  5. WEB enrollment reservation completed

    After sending, the completion screen will be displayed, and a confirmation email will be sent to you regarding the details of your application for membership reservation.
    Please print the e-mail or present the screen of your smartphone, etc. when you visit the museum.
    *If you can check it on your smartphone, there is no need to print it out.

  6. Visit the club

    We will pay the initial membership fee, register your account, and check the size of the designated wear.
    *Club procedures may take 30-40 minutes depending on how busy the club is.Please allow plenty of time for your visit.

What you need when you join

*Some courses may differ.

  • A printout of your confirmation email (or a copy of your reservation number)
    * Only those who have joined the web membership

  • Admission fee/registration fee
    It depends on the club.

  • Monthly membership fee
    Two months worth of monthly membership fee for the course you wish to enroll in
    You will be required to pay the monthly membership fee in advance until the bank transfer procedure is completed.

  • Membership card issuance fee 1,100 yen (tax included)

  • Designated financial institution cash card and registered seal
    *Specified financial institutions vary by club.Please note.

  • Designated wear, designated goods fee(Varies depending on the course.)

Important subjects

  • Please check the membership agreement and terms and conditions agreement of each club when completing the formal enrollment procedure at the store. If you do not sign the Terms and Conditions Agreement, we cannot accept your membership. Please note.

  • If you are currently undergoing medical treatment or taking medication, we may ask you to submit a medical certificate.
