There are plenty of classes that both beginners and experienced people can enjoy, and you can enjoy various genres of dance according to your level.We will teach you the most fun and fulfilling dance know-how in an easy-to-understand manner. We will develop a sense of rhythm, flexibility, overall muscle strength, and communication skills.You can enjoy a wide variety of dances, such as many steps and choreography, according to your child's proficiency level, which will also improve your physical strength.

    With gentle steps and choreography choices, before you know it, you'll be able to dance to the rhythm and smile.We will teach according to the level and growth speed of children, so you can rest assured even for the first time.

TIME SCHEDULE

This is the flow of one lesson (1 minutes) at a junior dance school. (*There may be some differences depending on the level of proficiency and each club.)

    Greeting/health check

    Central Sports puts a lot of effort into courtesy and greetings.
    You will learn the importance of entering the circle of friends and doing "natural" in order to be recognized.Be careful of your physical condition at that time, safety first, and the lesson will start without overdoing it.

  • 5 minutes~

    Stretch/Rhythm/Parts Training

    We will develop the flexibility and strength of the body necessary for sports in general.As you progress along with the music, you will naturally acquire a sense of rhythm.I'm going to increase the things I can do little by little.

  • 30 minutes~

    Choreography

    The most fun time is "time to dance the choreography to the music".Feel refreshed by dancing with your whole body!I want to smile and dance more before I know it!I want to get better!And aspiring will be cultivated.I'm going to dance with confidence in my cool self.
