Through rhythmic gymnastics, which combines supple and rhythmic movements, you can learn how to express yourself using the whole body, and develop flexibility, reflexes, and agility.We aim to promote physical growth and development by creating a correct and beautiful posture and a well-balanced body.We hold presentations on a regular basis, providing an opportunity to showcase the results of our daily practice.

POINT

  1. Level-specific lessons for beginners

    Classes are organized according to grade, so even first-time children can practice with confidence.We will give lessons so that you can feel the joy of exercising.

  2. A fun lesson using props

    A fun lesson using ribbons, hoops, balls, etc.You will acquire the ability to move tools and your body as you wish.I'm going to practice to like moving my body and dancing.

  3. Acquire a variety of skills!

    Students acquire flexibility, rhythmic movements that move the body to music, balance ability, and expressiveness, which are the characteristics of rhythmic gymnastics, and develop feminine supple body movements.

    Learn basic movements such as steps and jumps.

    main practice

    Learn basic movements using equipment such as ribbons, hoops, balls, and ropes.Learn choreography and build your performance.
