NEWLESSON1 Mobility Stretch

This program aims to help you bend forward by stretching your muscles while moving. Increasing muscle mobility not only makes it easier to move, promotes metabolism and improves posture, but also helps prevent injuries.

NEWLESSON2SHISEIPosture

This program incorporates ballet and Pilates movements to create a beautiful, well-balanced posture and a flexible body. From October to December, the theme of the exercises will be "pelvis."

NEWLESSON 3 Prevention of osteoporosis

This program aims to prevent and improve osteoporosis through exercises such as jumping, which uses body weight to impact the bones, and balance training to prevent falls.
