This is because "I want to create training that makes people want to try it."
That's the idea behind the "30 minutes" project.
A record of serious competition.
My body is screaming and my mind is breaking
There were moments, but still, we
I didn't stop.
Despite the harshness, it really works
Because the feeling was definitely there.
Eventually we were convinced.
No one knows these 30 minutes yet
When the story begins...

Create a new program: high intensity, bodyweight, 30 minutes.
The composition, stripped of all unnecessary elements, ended up being harder than I had expected.
"Who would do something like this?"
To be honest, we were skeptical at first.
"Will customers keep up?" "Can we continue?"
"Won't it just end up being a tough workout?"
But SHUHEI was confident.
A memory from a store where I used to work.
I was in charge of the latest part of the night.
For high-intensity training,
Words from a customer who participated every week.
"Wow, it's tough! But this is the kind of lesson I wanted. It's tough though (laughs)."
I was prepared to struggle.

To be honest, I was a bit worried.
But, "I want to create training that makes people want to try it."
That feeling never wavered.

A team of development members with the same spirit came together,
The battle has begun.
Bodyweight, interval, short time, whole body burn,
It's easy to say.
But it was hard to do.
"Let's do it.
30 minutes that will burn your whole body."
This became the motto for developing the program.

There is a fine line between "pushing yourself" and "forcing yourself."
However, people won't continue if it's just hard.
I want it to work, but I can't destroy it.
The goal was "safety" and "pushing to the limits"
Exquisite balance.
In that 30-minute timeframe, where did you drop it?
Where to raise and where to stop.
Designed in seconds. Order of events,
Interval in seconds.
Just by changing one set,
Everything will be ruined.
"If you do too much, no one will come.
If it's too sweet, you lose the sense of accomplishment."
That very fine line, over and over again,
We continued to test it on our own bodies.
After being torn down and reassembled countless times, we finally arrived at a blueprint.
These were two "30 minutes to surpass yourself" sessions: EXCITE BODY (whole body) and EXCITE CORE (core).
It's not just about training, it's about creating time with your teammates that makes you feel like you've "done it all."
That was our design criteria.
By stimulating the oblique abdominal muscles,
Create a slimmer waistline!

Support your body with both hands and keep your knees
Tighten your lower abdomen with a pulling motion!
By maintaining a posture that resists gravity
Tightens the sides and gluteus medius
Add some excitement!

Swing your body left and right and jump,
Balance on one leg and move to your lower body
Add some excitement!
Designed for strong legs and balance!
It's tough, but I don't want to quit. After I finish, I somehow end up smiling.
Those 30 minutes really did happen.
The EXCITE SERIES is not just muscle training. It also provides flashy performances.
There's no need for flashy presentation.
All you get is the sweat of facing yourself and the feeling of being able to hold your head high and say, "I accomplished my goal."
And when the final blueprint was completed, one of the development team declared:
"Oh man, this is too hard! I don't want to do this anymore!"
But for some reason, his face looked proud.
