This was a project that started with a simple trigger.
At first, they laughed and said, "It sure feels better when you lie down," but what started as a simple interest in the challenge had turned into daily struggles on the pole before they knew it.
After repeated failures and struggles, what emerged was a "development site" that exceeded our imagination.
This is where the story of the developers that no one knows begins.

At Central Sports,
I keep core poles at home.
There isn't a shortage of staff.
Program Development Team
MIYUKI is one of them.
Experience the benefits of pole dancing
Because it's her,
"Pole to more customers
"I want to deliver a sense of relaxation."
His passion and impulse were uncontrollable.
"In fact, there are quite a few people who suffer from stiffness and pain in their bodies, right?"
"I think people would be happy if there were Core Pole lessons that would be even more effective!"
The program development team and research institute staff also voiced their support.
However, there are many questions, such as "What can you do with just a pole?", "It's too boring", and "Is there really a demand for it?"
There are also voices of doubt...
Although I was anxious about starting the program development, I believed in the potential that lay dormant in the core pole and repeatedly
I continued to persuade him.
The challenge quietly began, carrying with it both doubt and determination.
Little did they know that such harsh days awaited them ahead.

"I probably spend more time sleeping on the pole than I do in my bed..."
Of course, he also lies down on the pole at home, with his beloved family cheering him on with laughter.
The time I spent like that every day, discussing things seriously with my teammates, and thinking things through was
Before I knew it, it had become the core of the program.

They listened to the voice of their bodies, faced their true feelings, and moved forward despite their hesitation.
Corepol was always by his side on his journey.
And after accumulating these small successes,
A definite change has been seen.
Our bodies have proven it,
I had no choice but to believe and move forward.

"This isn't it," "I can't get it across," "It doesn't feel right."
We hit a wall many times, and days went by when it seemed like things were about to take shape but never did.
But one day, the moment I gave myself over to Paul, I suddenly felt something.
"Ah, this is it!"
No vigorous movements are necessary.
Breathing, posture, core. Little by little,
Quietness and organization are the most important thing for true relaxation!
This realization began to illuminate the path to completing the program.

Central Sports
Using original core pole
"Paul de Series" is
Improved posture, relaxed core,
Prevent and improve body stiffness and pain
Developed for a purpose
Original program.
If you are experiencing pain or stiffness
Of course, even if you are a beginner at exercise,
So that you can start with confidence,
All movements are easy to understand
We paid particular attention to this.
It only takes 1 minutes per session, but afterwards, your neck and shoulders will feel refreshed and your spine will feel straight.
You'll definitely feel a stretching sensation.

Lie on the pole, spread your arms, and relax while breathing repeatedly. This is more comfortable than lying on the floor, and your chest will naturally open. When your chest expands, your breathing deepens, blood flow improves, and your posture improves, reducing strain on your shoulders and lower back.
While lying on the pole, gently tighten your stomach and slowly raise one leg, hold it for 3 to XNUMX seconds, then lower it. Repeat on the other side. Be conscious of not shaking the pole as you do this, as it will help stabilize your core. A stable core makes it easier to move your legs, which can help improve your walking ability and balance.

Lie on your side, bend your top leg at a 90-degree angle, and place it on the pole. Bring both arms up to chest height, then open and close one arm. By moving your arm while holding the pole in place with your leg, you can improve your spine movement. Poor spinal movement reduces the range of motion and increases strain on the lower back and shoulders.
While sitting upright, stretch both arms out in front of you. Place the side of your pinky finger on a pole placed on the floor, and roll the pole as if bowing while exhaling, then return to the starting position while inhaling. Using the pole provides a comfortable stretch from your back to your waist, making it recommended for those who spend a lot of time sitting or who feel strain on their waists.
While lying on your side, bend the hip and knee of your top leg to 90 degrees and place it on top of the pole. Roll the pole forward, pushing your knee out, and then back down. Keeping your upper body still while doing this exercise will help correct any misalignment of the pelvis and spine. If there is a difference between the left and right sides, do more exercises on the side that is more difficult to move.
Try it, break it down, and build it up again. This seemingly unassuming item
We packed in a number of clever ideas that no one would notice.
We have approached this film with great care and dedication.
You'll know in one try whether it works or not.
This "feeling of being well thought out"
It will surely remain in your body forever.
The core poles used in Central Sports lessons are:
Because it is a device that comes into contact with the body, we have carefully selected the material, resilience, and durability.
We use carefully selected poles.
The core material of Central Sports' original core poles is made of EPE, which has excellent strength and viscosity. EPE is not only durable, but also provides just the right amount of resilience where your body comes into contact with the pole, ensuring maximum effectiveness without pain. Too much resilience can cause pain and make it difficult to relax, while too little resilience can lead to deformation. These poles are manufactured without compromise, ensuring maximum effectiveness and long-lasting use.
When you lie on your back on the pole, your body sinks slightly, providing just the right amount of rebound against your spine. This "moderate hardness" stabilizes your body and allows you to relax your arms and legs. If the material is too hard and doesn't sink in, you will feel a lack of stability. You will unconsciously brace your arms and legs, which will make it difficult to relax. This will also increase pressure on your spine, making you more susceptible to pain.

The key is "moderate hardness" and "moderate resilience." Neither too soft nor too hard, with just the right amount of hardness and resilience, the pole sinks gently and recovers its shape slowly. This is what gives Central Sports' original core pole its stability, smooth rolling, and durability. The synthetic leather cover (PVC) also makes it highly water-resistant. Therefore, even if it gets dirty, it can be easily cleaned with a wet cloth.
