Based on the Zen philosophy of "correcting posture, regulating breathing, and calming the mind," this program combines self-care and seated and supine yoga sessions aligned with seasonal themes. It's a "effortless program" designed to improve your physical and mental well-being from within.

    This is an original Pilates program from Central Sports that allows you to feel the effects of Pilates techniques while moving your body and understand the condition and mechanisms of your own body.
  • Feel yoga

    Based on the world-famous hatha yoga, it is a simple yoga that has been arranged for modern people.Refresh your whole body comfortably with simple poses.
  • Paul de Series

    This program uses poles to adjust the core muscles, aiming for a more mobile and functional body. Performing this program before and after exercise can create a synergistic effect.
  • Body detox

    Combine gentle exercise with knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine for internal cleansing. Stimulate the soles of your feet and lymphatic system to promote blood circulation and the elimination of waste products, resetting your body to its natural state.
  • Smooth & healing

    This is a program that uses poles to adjust the core (torso) and loosen the fascia of each part such as the hands and feet, aiming for an easy-to-move (functional) body.
  • First Tai Chi

    This program uses the gentle, flowing movements of Tai Chi to engage the entire body without putting strain on the joints, aiming to improve muscle strength, balance, flexibility, and correct posture.
