Introducing the recipe for chicken power salad with egg and avocado!
Please try to arrange it at home and eat a lot of vegetables.

Ingredients (for 1 people)

Chicken thigh
150g (cut into 5 pieces)
lettuce
1/2 to 1/4 ball
Avocado
1/2 pcs
boiled egg
1 individual
red paprika, yellow paprika
10g each (4 slices)
Peanuts
10g (10 grains)
Salad oil
1 tablespoons
Store-bought sauce (such as yakiniku sauce)
1 tablespoons

Method

1Marinate the chicken thighs in the sauce and set aside for about 10 minutes.

2Tear the lettuce and drain the water, and cut the paprika into strips.Cut the avocado into 1cm cubes and arrange on a plate.

3Heat a frying pan, add salad oil, grill the chicken thighs from ①, and serve them on a plate from ②.
