Official procedure after visiting the club

If you are applying for an event, the formal procedures will be carried out at Central Wellness Club Gamou.
Please make your official application (payment) at the reception on the 30th floor approximately 6 minutes before the start of practice on the day of your trial.
*Closed every Tuesday.
*Please be sure to contact the club if you wish to cancel your reservation.
If you are unable to complete the formal procedure within the deadline, please contact the store in advance.

When you complete the formal procedure at the store, please check the consent form for trial classes or various events.
Please note that if you do not sign the consent form, you will not be able to participate.
If you are currently undergoing medical treatment or if your child is taking medication, we may ask you to submit a medical certificate.

If you are participating in a trial session, please arrive with enough time to fill out the application form and make the payment.
