This is an introductory course aimed at beginners.
This is recommended for those who would like to experience school in a class with other children for the first time before enrolling in a regular school.
We will be conducting exercises on vaulting boxes, mats and horizontal bars.
Safety comes first, and our coaches will be cheerful, energetic, and do their best to teach you the joy of physical education.
If you want to improve your mat, vaulting box, or horizontal bar skills, please feel free to join us.
