• QWhat are the benefits of hot springs?

  THE SPA Nishiarai's natural hot spring is a sodium-chloride strong salt hot spring that gushes out from 1500m underground.The smooth hot water is gentle on the skin and is known for its high heat retention and moisturizing effects.Enjoy to your heart's content a natural hot spring rich in minerals from ancient seaweeds and plants dissolved in the strata.

• QUntil what time can I use the sauna?

  サウナに限らず入浴施設のご利用時間は、平日10：00～23：00、土日祝日7：00～23：00(朝風呂利用は10：00まで)です。

• QAre there any amenities?

  Unfortunately, we do not provide amenities. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided in the bathroom.

• QCan I stay overnight?

  We are sorry, but our facility is only open for day use. We do not accept overnight stays. Thank you for your understanding.

• QAre there alternate bath areas for men and women?

  At our facility, we switch between the men's and women's baths on the 5th of every month.

• QDo you have a private bath?

  Unfortunately, this facility does not have a private bath.

• QCan I just use the dining and relaxation areas?

  Our hotel charges an admission fee, but there is no admission fee if you use the restaurant.

• QCan I use a credit card?

  Yes, that is possible. We also accept transportation IC card payments and QR payments.

About business hours

• QDo I have to leave the facility by 10am if I want to take a morning bath?

  You can stay in the museum after 10:XNUMX a.m. by paying the regular admission fee.
  If you enter before 9:30 a.m., you can enjoy the special morning bath rate.

• QWhen are your regular holidays?

  We do not have any fixed holidays. However, we may be closed once or twice a year for maintenance.

Regarding use by children

• QCan babies take a bath?

  Please refrain from bringing children who are still in diapers into the spa area (hot bath facilities).

• QCan children use the facility alone?

  Children up to 6th grade must be accompanied by a guardian.Children up to the third year of junior high school are not considered guardians.Regarding the use of children Parents and guardians are responsible for their use.
  Additionally, girls of elementary school age and above are not allowed to enter the men's changing rooms or men's baths, and boys of elementary school age and above are not allowed to enter the women's changing rooms or women's baths.

Access and parking

• QIs there a parking lot?

  108 cars can be parked. Parking is free for up to 2 hours when using this facility. Please be sure to present your parking ticket when paying. Any use outside of this facility will incur a fee. (Height limit: 2.1m)

• QI have tattoos or fashion tattoos. Can I use the facility?

  Please refrain from entering our facility.　

• QCan I come empty-handed?

  Towels are not included in the admission fee. Please bring your own or rent a towel set for 204 yen. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided in the bathroom.

• QIs it possible to bring in food and drink?

  Please note that bringing food and drinks into the building is prohibited due to hygiene concerns.

• QDo you have indoor wear?

  Rentals are available (204 yen). You can get a better deal by purchasing a rental towel as a set (306 yen).

• QIs WiFi available in the building?

  Free Wi-Fi is available in the building. However, guests are responsible for connecting and managing security. Due to the structure of the building, it may be difficult for signals to reach windows. Please note that connections may be unstable during busy times.
