The following persons are not allowed to enter the facility.
- Those with tattoos or body art (tattoos, paints, stickers, etc.)
- Those who are recognized as gang members, other members of anti-social groups, or related persons
- Those with skin diseases or other infectious diseases
- Those who are concerned about bathing due to their health
- drunken person
- Those who have acted in a way that is a nuisance to other customers, or who has acted in a dangerous manner
- Those who are deemed unsuitable for using this facility
If you enter the building, you will be asked to leave immediately (the admission fee will not be refunded).
When using the facility, please use the facility at your own risk and responsibility.In addition, we are not responsible for any accidents such as theft or injury that occur while using the facility.
Children's use is as follows.
- Children up to 6th grade of elementary school must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Children up to 3rd grade of junior high school are not considered parents/guardians. Parents must be responsible for supervising their children when using the facility.
- Children under the age of 3 or children still in diapers (including those undergoing training) are not allowed in the spa area.
- Girls of elementary school age and above are not allowed to enter the men's changing rooms or men's baths. Boys of elementary school age and above are not allowed to enter the women's changing rooms or women's baths.
- According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Ordinance Concerning the Healthy Development of Youth, from 11:00 pm until the museum closes, people under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter, even when accompanied by a guardian.
