Adults 15+ Fitness membership: You can participate in all facilities and programs in the club, such as the gym, studio, and pool.

Web enrollment flow

You can join anytime, anywhere, 24 hours a day! You can complete the procedure from the WEB to the first payment, so it is possible to significantly reduce the time required for the enrollment procedure when you visit the store for the first time.

* Online enrollment procedures can only be paid by credit card.
*Monthly membership fee will be paid by account transfer.You will be required to complete the procedure at your first visit.
*The procedure takes about 5-10 minutes.

Enter customer information

Please enter the required information such as your name, gender, date of birth, address, and contact information.
Select a club to join

Please select the course, option, and desired enrollment date and check the first payment details.
Agree to the house rules and select the date and time of your first visit

Please check the house rules of the club you are joining, agree to them, and select the date and time you would like to visit the club for the first time.
Confirmation of procedures and credit card payment

After confirming the details of the procedure, please pay the initial payment amount by credit card.
Web enrollment completed

A completion screen will be displayed, and a confirmation email will be sent to you regarding your application for membership reservation.
Visit the club

On the day of your first visit, we will register your account and take a photo of you.
(Monthly membership fee will be automatically deducted from your designated bank account.)

* The procedure at the club takes about 15 minutes.

What you need when you join

◇Credit card
　*Some clubs do not have an online membership system.Please check the homepage.
<Initial cost>
・Admission fee may not be required depending on the conditions.
・Registration fee 2,200 yen
・Card fee 1,100 yen (0 yen for those using the app membership card) or security card 3,300 yen (required depending on the course)
・Monthly membership fee (monthly membership fee for the course you wish to join for 1.5 to 2 months)

What you need when you visit the club for the first time

<All Customers>
◇ A printout of the online enrollment procedure completion email (or a terminal that can check the email)
◇Cash cards of designated banks (Mizuho, Mitsubishi UFJ, Sumitomo Mitsui, Resona, Saitama Resona, Chiba Bank, Bank of Yokohama, Japan Post Bank)
　*We offer a Pay-easy account transfer reception service that allows you to register for account transfer from a cash card.
　*If you cannot register with a cash card, you will need a delivery seal.
<Students, customers enrolled in the Youth Course>
◇Please bring your “Student ID” when you visit for the first time.
<Please check in advance>
◇ When you visit the museum for the first time, we will take about 10 to 15 minutes for an explanation.
◇We will take a photo of your face when you visit us for the first time. (This will be used for confirmation purposes.)
◇ If you do not have a membership card issued, you need to download the app before using.
◇ If you wish to apply for the referral campaign, please check the "membership number" and "full name" of the referrer before visiting the museum.
　*Please note that if you do not apply at the time of your first visit, you will not be eligible for the referral campaign.

About payment methods

Membership fees can be paid by credit card (VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, DINERS).

*Some clubs only accept cash. Please contact us in advance.

Important subjects

Please check the membership agreement and terms and conditions agreement of each club when completing the formal enrollment procedure at the store. If you do not sign the Terms and Conditions Agreement, we cannot accept your membership. Please note.
If you are currently undergoing medical treatment or taking medication, we may ask you to submit a medical certificate.
Fitness members must be 15 years of age or older (junior high school students excluded).However, student members must be junior high school students or older and younger than 26 years old (student ID required), and family members must be elementary school students or older. (Family members must have a family leader.) Available facilities are determined by each club's house rules.
The personal information entered by the customer will be used only for the purpose of the membership reservation. In addition, please refer to the privacy policy regarding the handling of personal information.

About procedures after joining

Account transfer

Deadline: Monthly 28 Date

*If the 28th falls on a holiday, the next business day

Membership Freeze

Deadline: Member may, by submitting the prescribed membership freeze request form to the Club by no later than the 10th day of any given month (or by no later than the immediately following business day if the Club is closed on the 10th day of such month), freeze his/her membership starting from the following month.
Procedure method: Please come to the club and fill out a notice of adjournment.
Membership fee during recess: per month1,650 Yen(tax included)
period: 1 to 6 months (extendable, up to 1 year in a row)
About use during the period: Up to 1 times per month, per club you join1,100 Yen(tax included) (fitness members only).
You can cancel the recess in the middle (monthly basis). However, you will need to report it to the reception.

Changes in the Types of Membership

Deadline: Member may, by submitting the prescribed membership-type change request form to the Club by no later than the 10th day of any given month (or by no later than the immediately following business day if the Club is closed on the 10th day of such month), change the type of his/her membership starting from the following month.
Procedure method: Please come to the club, fill in the prescribed course change form, and sign it.
Expenses: Change fee 1,100 yen (tax included)

Membership Cancellation

Deadline: Member may, by submitting the prescribed membership cancellation notice to the Club by no later than the 10th day of any given month (or by no later than the immediately following business day if the Club is closed on the 10th day of such month), cancel his/her membership as of the last day of such month.
Procedure method: Please come to the club and fill out the prescribed withdrawal form, and sign it.

Change bank account

Deadline: Until the 15th of the previous month
(Example) If you wish to change the monthly membership fee for April →3 AprilUntil
Target: Japan Post Bank, Mizuho, Mitsubishi UFJ, Sumitomo Mitsui, Resona, Saitama Resona, Yokohama, Bank of Chiba
*Until the last day of the month before last for banks other than the above
Procedure method: Please bring your membership card, cash card, and personal seal when completing the procedure.

*Please be sure to observe the deadline for each notification date. Please note that we cannot accept applications after the designated date regardless of the reason.

*Please notify the reception as soon as possible if you have changed your name or address.

Adult Sports school member: You can participate in a specific sports school.

We will check if there is space in the class capacity before accepting the procedure.
Online membership reservations are not possible, so please complete the procedures directly at the club.
